Biography of the Program Chair
obtained his PhD in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University in 1992 with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. He is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Northern Kentucky University (NKU) where he has taught for 9 years. Prior to this position, he taught for 9 years at the University of Texas – Pan American. Dr. Fox has authored over 40 peer-reviewed articles, predominantly on topics in Artificial Intelligence. He performs a variety of service at NKU where he has been the computer science graduate program director, a member of graduate council and is chairing the University Curriculum Committee. He also performs review activities for a number of conferences and publishers. He recently co-chaired the 2009 IASTED International Conference on Software Engineering. Dr. Richard Fox
