Biography of the Conference Chair

Peris G. Halaris received a B.Sc. degree from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 1985 and his Ph.D degree from the same University, in 1996. His research activities involve high-voltage engineering, insulating materials and Biomebical Electrical and Mechanical systems. He has authored 80 papers for various scientific journals and conferences. He is presently working as a supervisor in the Greek Ministry of Health in Athens.
