Professor Parker received his PhD in Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude - met de grootste onderscheiding) from the University of Gent in Belgium. He is the Author of two books on image processing and computer vision. Research interests are primarily in pattern recognition, inlcuding images, audio, and multimedia.
has been a Senior Instructor in Computer Science at the University of Calgary since 1983 and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Technology at the same institution. Her research interests include serious games, teaching with games, instructional design and technologies, file and data architecture, and computer science education. Ms. Katrin Becker
