Mr. Preecha Kocharoen is currently a doctoral student at AIT, Thailand. Since 1999 he has been with Sripatum University, Thailand. His current position is Lecturer in Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. His current research interests include digital image and video processing and intelligent video encoding.
