Biography of the Keynote Speaker
Mr. Weerachai Koykul has been the Assistant Governor of Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) since October 2004. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kasetsart University and also a Graduate Diploma (Advanced School in Power Engineering) from Penn State University.
The milestones of his career in the PEA are becoming Manager of the Distribution Dispatching Centre, the Director of the System Control and Operation Department, and the Assistant Governor in Planning and System Development.
