Biography of the Keynote Speaker
Professor Dr. Betty Collis obtained her PhD in measurement and evaluation of computer applications in education at the University of Victoria in Canada. She is currently Shell Professor of Networked Learning at the University of Twente in The Netherlands. Her research interests currently focus on applications of Web-based systems as tools for change in organisations.
