Nicholas Gagnon has fifteen years of experience in product management, marketing, and business development in the field of optical test, measurement, and monitoring solutions, as well as broadband transmission equipment. At EXFO, he acts a liaison, working with network operators to develop and integrate advanced test and monitoring solutions used to optimize the delivery of triple-play and advanced IP services over fiber point-to-point and PON architectures (FTTx), as well as copper-based architectures (xDSL, HFC). What drives Mr. Gagnon is the constant objective to reduce operators' operating expenses and truck rolls; increase their revenues and profit; and ensure both quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) for the customers paying for these services.
