Biography of the Invited Speaker

is one of the nation's leading academic authorities on litigation technology and the use of computer-generated exhibits in the courtroom. Professor Galves teaches Civil Procedure, Evidence and Computer-Assisted Litigation. He was a teaching fellow at Harvard University, an adjunct professor at Colorado College, and has taught law at U.C. Davis, Fordham University, Denver University and Southwestern University. He is currently a full time professor at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Before teaching, Professor Galves was a litigation associate at Holland & Hart, handling litigation matters. He earned his J.D. from Harvard University and BA from Colorado College.
