Biography of the Organizer
Surachet Kanprachar received the B.Eng. degree (first-class honor) in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, in 1996. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1999 and 2003, respectively. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand. His research interests are optical fiber communication, coding theory, and networking.
