PURPOSE
The primary objective of The 10th IASTED International Conference on Software Engineering and Applications (SEA 2006) is to provide a forum for substantive discussion on the emerging technologies and methodologies being developed to overcome the challenges that exist in all areas of software engineering, and to provide a showcase for industrial experience, successful applications and case studies. All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least two members of the International Program Committee.

Notification of Acceptance	August 1, 2006
